Sandy Spikers

We are excited to announce that GCVA Beach- Sandy Spikers will continue this Fall! Practices will be Sunday evenings from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. Practices will be at the Chester Davis Sportsplex in League City. The address to the facility is 1251 TX-96 League City, TX 77573.

The start date for the Fall session of Sandy Spikers will be September 20th! The session will continue on until the week of November 22nd. Here are a couple notes about practices within this range:

– Players can sign up for all 10 practices – $300

– Players can sign up for 5 practices- $175

– Players can sign up for single practices- $40

Remember that Sandy Spikers is designed to give young athletes an introduction into the sand game. We will lower the nets and shorten the courts to accommodate our youngest spikers, but we will play with partners as to not change the parameters of the game. This session we are targeting the 6 – 11 age range! For older players, or more experienced younger players, we offer our GCVA Beach fall session, so please reach out if you have questions about that.

A couple things to note when you register:

• Your player will need a USAV number to register. This is for insurance purposes on the club’s behalf. If your player is playing indoor little spikers or club volleyball, the USAV number is the same for outdoor.
