Travis Clifford

I grew up around beach volleyball, GCVA started 35 years ago. I was 3 years old running around the beach. I have played and set up beach tournaments for longer than I can remember. It has always been a passion for me and one that I share with every athlete that comes through our program.

I played college volleyball at Lindenwood University for a short time. I was then a student assistant for the Houston Baptist University women’s volleyball team. After that I was the Director of Volleyball Operation for University of Houston. I then decided to focus solely on club beach volleyball.

I am proud of where GCVA is, a lot of time and effort has been put into it from my coaching staff and the players that have been with me from day 1. GCVA is a family and that’s what means the most.
